Our Story

This dream has been cultivated by a mom of three beautiful kids: Logan, Madison & Emma. A special Thank You to them, my fiancé’ Dave, family and friends. My family taught me all of the traditional southern dishes, encouraged, supported, sacrificed and cheered me on along the way. A bit of my past: spending spring break weeks and summers with my grandmother aka “Nanny” cooking all things comfort in her Charleston home, not only taught me the ingredients and process, but taught me to cook with my passion, seeking what others may look for. Often when I have decided to eat out, I seem to want something different but just didn’t find it. That is where the menu for Seven Bistro was created. I was seeking the comfort foods my family would made back home…..Southern Cuisine or Sunday dinner.

My team has embraced my vision and add to our ideas weekly to create specials that complement our everyday menu.
